When using the switch box, we are unable to use switch 1 or 2 and there are times when switches 3 and 4 do not work. |

Assuming that you are using the PRC USB Switch Interface switch box, please ensure that it chosen from the WiViK Select>Options>Connection... menu/dialog. With that Dialog open, you should be able to test each switch. When you press a switch, you should see a corresponding circle/number below in the Test area highlighted. If this is not working, then either the switches are at fault, or there may be something faulty with the switch box. |
